  Wells Fargo sucks in general but I liked their availability and was always treated nice until I went to the Martinez branch and had a very unpleasant experience with one of the women working there. She was disgruntled and mostly just rude for lack of a better word.
  
  I was only keeping my accounts because of the previous two reasons stated but I am definitely closing my account because of this rude interaction.
  Put your money in a credit union that supports the community and doesn't try to take advantage or screw lower income/lower opportunity households.
  Just a little advice.
