  This is my preferred oil change spot in the Bay Area. I have been coming here for the past 3-4 years and since we got married, my wife has been coming here as well. Usually it's first class service, but today MISSED on TOO MANY marks! They ALWAYS offer complimentary cold water when they greet you-today they DID NOT! They ALWAYS clean your windshield with the service-today they DID NOT! They also forgot to check and fill the air in the tires! It wasn't like they were short staffed. They really deserve 1-Star after today's visit but I've experienced better here before; I will return and allow them to redeem themselves, if not, I'll be looking for a new preferred oil change spot for my family and friends!
